The details
A listed business with global operations across Europe is recruiting for an Interim Finance Director on an initial 6 month contract, with high likelihood of extension. This is an integral hire in a turnaround setting, where you will be given the mandate to lead and stabilise a sizable finance team.
Reporting to the CFO, your responsibilities will include:
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage a sizeable finance team
- Strengthen internal controls to mitigate risk and ensure compliance
- Leading on finance transformation program
- Assisting in business turnaround and restructure as part of finance leadership team
- Assist with treasury function
- Overseeing FP&A and ensure financial plans align with its strategic goals
- Ad hoc project work as requested
The ideal candidate will be:
- Big-4 Qualified or equivalent
- Listed company exposure
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Be able to work across Europe with frequent travel required across Europe
- Immediately Available or at short notice
