When a requirement for a financial reporting position at Aldermore arose, we met with the Financial Reporting Manager to define the role and team dynamics. Knowing other agencies would have already tapped into standard job boards, we utilised our own network and conducted a targeted headhunt via LinkedIn.

After meeting all candidates to ensure they were aligned with the role, we followed a "quality over quantity" approach and submitted just three CVs. All three candidates were invited for interviews, with one identified as the front-runner. Following a second interview with the Director, the candidate was offered the role.

A Financial Director from leading UK property services group, Leaders Romans, contacted us at 6:30pm on a Tuesday evening, urgently requiring an interim Financial Controller with expertise in systems integrations.
