Marks Sattin are currently recruiting a temporary Finance Assistant on behalf of a well established business, based in East Leeds. This role is standalone and it could be short-term for a couple of months, or have the potential to go permanent.

Duties will include however not be limited to; processing invoices (this isn't a high volume), processing payroll for approx. 100 people and ensuring their accounts are kept up to date.

They use Quickbooks and Sage 50 are looking for a candidate with experience using at least 1 of these systems.

Salary is ranging £25,000 - £28,000 FTE depending on your experience

Working hours are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday however they will consider a candidate who is looking for reduced hours/part time.
