Salaries in the public sector are set to increase by 10.25% over the
next two-and-a-half years after reaching agreement with unions.
Upon lengthy negotiations, nearly 400,000 public servants across
Ireland will benefit from pay rises, this is much needed to help
people cope with inflation and the rise in the cost of living, and
hopefully it will provide a general boost to the Irish economy.
