Marks Sattin is working in exclusive partnership with a global business based in Oxford to recruit a Systems Accountant on a permanent basis. This is a newly created role due to the recent implementation of Dynamics 365, an exciting time to join as you will take ownership of developing the system and associated areas, new processes and controls alongside driving quality of data.

A role that will incorporate business partnering with finance, IT and HR functions alongside being hands on with existing and new technologies.

The role will be paying between £65k and £79k per annum with excellent benefits including 30 days annual leave (plus BH), enhanced pension scheme and hybrid working (2 days in the office minimum)



Systems Accountant Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Monitor and drive enhancements within financial processes
  • Be the finance lead for all systems change and development
  • Actively recommend upgrades and updates, implementing any improvements along the way
  • Provide training on Dynamics 365 within finance and associated teams
  • Business partner with back office functions across UK and global teams
  • Control of user access and systems configurations



The ideal candidate will be:

  • Qualified by ACCA/ACA/CIMA (Qualified By Experience considered)
  • Experience with Dynamics 365
  • International experience advantageous
  • Strong communication and business partnering skills
  • Ability to deliver training
