A superb opportunity for an experienced Corporate Finance professional to join this Boutique "Global" Advisory firm based in Dublin. The firm is has been in growth mode the past number of years and with a very healthy pipeline over the coming 3 years they are keen to bring in Corporate Finance Director who has a combination of Broad Corporate Finance, Debt Advisory and or Banking experience
The basics!
- Working across a range of activities from developing and delivering broad corporate finance advice to detailed advice on derivatives, valuations, financing structures & acquisitions/disposals advice.
- Providing robust advice, supported as appropriate by financial modelling, written documents, and project management.
- Developing relationships with the investors and lenders we engage with on behalf of clients.
What we are seeking:
At least 10 years' experience within a corporate finance or lending role, ideally with some experience of transaction management, client engagement, and advising or lending into the Infrastructure, Energy, Housing, Education, Healthcare or Public/Government sectors.
Some other key areas of interest in terms of background are as follow:
- Leading of debt and/or derivative advisory mandates.
- Strong experience in training, developing and supporting junior team members to deliver a high standard of output on a constant basis.
- Clear track record and experience in building and/or deep analysis of financial models to accurately reflect underlying documentation / deal commercials and to support complex financial decision making.
