Are you an experienced System Support Analyst looking for your next adventure?

My client who are leading a centralised IT project management service, are looking to add a Systems Support Analyst to their team! You will work alongside a exciting and growing team of 10 (including Network Engineers, Projects Managers and IT support)🚀

To qualify, you must have at least 3 years of experience both working in the field of Technical Support and Project Management!

Requirements:

  • Technical experience working the complete lifecycle and providing 3rd line support
  • Hands-on project management experience
  • Great understanding of how complex IT systems interact together from the networking all the way through to application
  • Hands-on experience working with Microsoft SQL, utilizing tools such as SSIS, SSRS and power BI
  • Experience with windows server administration and configuration including IIS
  • Experience working with and applying Prince2
