The role of Commercial Finance Manager willl suit a qualified accountant with a minimum of 4/5 years PQE gained working in a commercial role.

Reponsabilities for this role will include:

• Support Sales & Marketing Team
• Monthly Development Appraisal Update & Review
• Produce Monthly Project Review Packs & Commentary
• Short Term Cashflow Reporting
• Produce Quarterly Portfolio & Risk Data
• Support Development Team - Modelling & Reporting
• Attend Project Reviews for specific developments
• Attend Board Meetings for specific investments
• Support FC on all Monthly/Quarterly Forecasting & Business Plan Submissions
