We are looking for a recruitment consultant to join our talented and very successful team in Leeds. To support with the part qualified and qualified interim accountancy market.

Responsibilities
Your promise to us:
- Searching and sourcing part qualified / qualified accountancy, finance or advisory professionals within the UK for temporary or permanent opportunities
- Mapping industry trends and job leads with an emphasis on networking and referrals.
- Telephone screening candidates, carrying out initial face to face interviews and organising further meetings with the appropriate recruitment consultants
- Updating and maintaining the recruitment system/database
- Provide a short-list of CVs for consultants within requested time frames.
- Generate new business through a variety of business development techniques
- Meets sales/NFI targets in line with the business plan, personal objectives and conduct a monthly 1:1 meeting with manager
