Marks Sattin are currently recruiting a part time Finance Assistant on a fixed term contract, working on behalf of a property business based in Ashington, Northumberland.

Working as part of the transactional finance team and reporting directly to the Finance Manager, duties will include however not be limited to;

• Supporting the Accounts Payable team
• Processing invoices on the purchase ledger and sales ledger
• Processing of accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Bank reconciliations
• Reporting
• Ensure the monies received are dealt with promptly and in accordance with Group Financial Regulations

The successful candidate will have;

• Experience working in a similar role (dealing with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable)
• Excellent attention to detail
• The ability to work to deadlines
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team

This is a part time role - 30 hours per week.

Fixed term contract until March 2025

£25,300 FTE salary
