The details
I am currently working exclusively with a reputable, luxury consumer goods brand who are seeking an FP&A Analyst to join their commercial finance hub in their London based team.
This is a broad role, reporting to the Senior FP&A Manager and partnering with various Finance Directors. Responsibilities include:
- Management reporting and analysis and presenting to senior leadership.
- Maintain and updating relevant reports to meet business needs and looking at ways to drive efficiencies and improvements in reporting.
- Support on budget and forecasting process partnering with relevant stakeholders and putting decks together for Regions and Markets.
- Preparation of consolidated global forecast and budget review pack.
- for the CEO/VP Commercial Finance to present to the wider group (Wella)
- Management of our global reporting system and partner with IT to support on development.
- Business partner various Group cost centres, providing insight and analysis to facilitate timely decision making.
- Present commercial information and analysis to senior stakeholders including CEO, VP Commercial Finance and wider Leadership team.
- Process month end for cost centres and provide variance analysis.
- Preparation of revenue reporting and analysis.
- Additional project work and analysis to support the wider team and business.
The ideal candidate will be fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or at the final stages of qualification. Candidates must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment and prioritise effectively. Ideally you will have relevant experience working in an FP&A role, but candidates moving from audit into industry will also be considered. Strong Excel and analytical skills are essential, with the ability to communicate well with stakeholders at all levels. Prior experience working in consumer markets such as retail, FMCG or hospitality would be beneficial.
