Role - Financial Controller Location - Bury Salary - Up to £70,000 with additional benefits

Marks Sattin are currently recruiting for a well-established subsidiary of a global construction business in their search for a Financial Controller to work out of their Bury office on a hybrid working model.

The successful candidate will need to be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified and ideally have a background in construction or similar environment. Exposure to revenue recognition will be key if there is no background of working within construction. The ability to build key relationships with key stakeholders is essential as is a background in managing and developing teams. Key duties for the Financial Controller role will involve:

• Preparation of month-end management accounts
• Provide accurate and timely financial reports to members of the Board
• Develop a suite of KPIs
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Statutory accounts production
• Project Accounting
• Lead in the development and improvement of processes, controls and systems
• Management of the finance team

Salary for the role is up to £70,000 benefits
