Job Description: We are looking for a Finance Systems Manager with a strong background in Yardi and financial systems implementation. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with a proven track record in managing teams and optimizing financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and management of financial systems, ensuring they meet the needs of the business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve system efficiencies.
• Provide expert guidance on financial systems, including Yardi, to support business operations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Train and support team members on the use of financial systems.

Qualifications:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Extensive experience with Yardi or other financial systems implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a team of x3 staff (mixed PQ & Qual accountants).
