The company has grown significantly over the past 10 years, this role will help to drive the performance of the operational teams through accurate reporting in key areas.

Your responsibilities will include;

• Develop a strong understanding of the business unit's cost drivers, activities and KPI's
• Take a lead role in the annual and quarterly planning processes, owning key models and preparing presentations and analysis for Senior Management
• Provide business case reports and project work to aid in Senior Management decision making
• Develop cross functional relationships, understand challenges and opportunities for improvements
• Develop month end performance reporting and analysis
• Work with the wider business to ensure accuracy of financial figures
• Work closely with the business unit in order to drive performance

About your experience;

• Qualified accountant (2 years + PQE) with strong academic background, and strong numeracy and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with, and influence, stakeholders effectively
• A commercial understanding, A proven track record of developing reports, business cases and data analysis for stakeholders
• a proven track record of developing and maintaining financial models
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• High proficiency in Excel and wider Microsoft suite
• High attention to detail and accuracy
