Marks Sattin are currently representing a leading engineering company operating in over 15 countries, for the role of Credit Controller! The company are based in North Leeds and are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to manage a multi-million £ ledger.

This is a permanent role, and will focus on the Credit Control for multiple engineering projects they are working on.
For this role, they will pay up to £30,000 and also offer hybrid working (2 days home based per week!)

Please note, they have future plans to relocate their offices to Leeds centre.

Responsibilities include:

  • Daily banking and cash allocations across multiple companies
  • Resolution of unallocated cash
  • Deal with incoming customer queries
  • Calling key customers to chase for payment
  • Working with the business to maximise cash collection and following the standard debt roadmap.
  • Work together with the AR Supervisor, Credit Control team, Project Managers and Commercial Finance to maximise cash collection and assist in customer queries.
  • Contacting clients by phone and/or email to resolve queries.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date notes of collection actions and progress to date
