Marks Sattin Executive Search is working with a PE-backed multisite product-led distribution business. In search of a CFO, who will play an integral role as the businesses navigates through a period of significant change and transformation.

As the CFO, you will closely collaborate with the CEO and the executive leadership team to guide key financial decisions. This includes streamlining and optimising the finance function, encompassing systems, processes, controls, and reporting, to align with the business objectives.

You will spearhead the implementation of robust financial controls and drive immediate improvement initiatives. Additionally, you will be tasked with preparing and delivering concise monthly performance reports to the board, offering actionable insights and recommendations for immediate impact. Managing working capital and cash flow ensuring the financial stability and support for the business objectives. Furthermore, you will provide mentorship and leadership to the finance team, cultivating a culture of excellence and collaboration.

The ideal Candidate:

  • A Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA),
  • Demonstrated proficiency in spearheading business improvement initiatives, such as expedited systems implementations and process enhancements.
  • Outstanding leadership and communication abilities, capable of inspiring and motivating teams to achieve short-term objectives.
  • Proactive and results-driven approach, complemented by exceptional stakeholder management skills.
