Marks sattin executive search is working with an effective international, PE Backed healthcare buy and build business, that has experienced significant growth through acquisitions via an impressive buy and build platform. The Business is now seeking a high-calibre CFO to join the executive team and work closely with the CEO on strategic decisions. The primary focus of this role will be overseeing and executing an effective buy-and-build strategy, guiding the company through its next phase of profitable growth.


Working closely with the senior management team and the PE firm, the CFO will ensure financial excellence and execute due diligence for potential acquisitions. The CFO will provide skilled financial leadership, develop and execute the business's financial strategy, and offer accurate financial projections to support strategic decision-making. Additionally, the CFO will support the CEO and management team in developing and delivering the business plan while leading the finance and operations department. They will play a key role in professionalising the business by implementing controls, processes, and procedures to support growth.

The ideal candidate








  • Be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA), preferably chartered.
  • Experience being a CFO in a PE Backed business with a strong track record in an International Buy and Build environment
  • A track record of implementing and improving accounting systems, processes and management information and financial reporting.
  • Experience of acquisitions and integrations with a thorough understanding of financial due diligence for acquisitions, and potential risks and opportunities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to operate at pace and drive change.
