I joined Marks Sattin in 2022 as Head of Operations. But my journey with this great group of companies goes much deeper. I started with Marks Sattin’s parent company, Gi Group Holding, back in 2011 and have worked in many different roles across the years spanning different sectors and specialisms. My strengths lie in innovation, change management and leadership.

My role today is to review, identify and engage in projects to ensure we give our people the best possible journey at Marks Sattin. We are continuously looking to improve our processes, systems and wider support functions to ensure we give our clients a world class service. Culture is at the heart of everything we do here, and the length of service of our staff shows that it’s a pretty special place to be!
