Hi, I joined Marks Sattin in 2006 and have enjoyed a fun and rewarding career over the past 15+ years. Initially I worked in London across commerce & industry, financial and professional services before moving out to lead our Reading office in 2014. I enjoyed the challenge of building a team and proud of the team’s achievements to break previous records consistently.

In 2020, I moved into a new central role to help improve our business across a wide range of areas. To date, we have moved our CRM to the market leader, transformed our reporting into PowerBI, built a relationship management team to better our client engagement, and created a graduate/ junior consultant training programme to ensure we are giving the future of tomorrow, the tools today. We are now embarking on a large scale domestic and international expansion strategy, whilst enhancing our service through automation and embracing technological advancements to cement our position as a market leader. I am supported by a great team and always interested to hear from people who like ‘fixing things’, or have ideas on what to improve in our business!
