Marks Sattin are delighted to be partnered with a leading Professional Services firm, where their Transaction Services team are looking to recruit an Assistant Manager or a Manager into the team based in London.
You'll work on transactions with a diverse range of clients. The Transaction Services team support private equity firms, investment funds and corporate clients through mergers, acquisitions and disposals. It's an opportunity to build deals experience, including analysis of financial business information, as well as wider deals execution know-how.
Qualifications
- ACA qualified/ACCA qualified
Experience you will need to be successful in this position:
- Wide range of client experience and a passion for client service
- Good business-writing and Excel skills
- Strong commercial acumen
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to deliver under pressure
- Experience of writing reports
- Able to adapt to change
- Confidence when interacting with clients and management
- Experience working across multiple industries
- Active in managing your own development
- Willingness to lead
This is a great opportunity for an individual with existing TS experience (c. 6-24 months) or for a first-time mover out of Audit looking to get into Corporate Finance and Advisory services.
