A market-leading giant in the facilities management/ property outsourcing sector seeks a Regional Finance Director to further enhance their prosperous client relationships. This will be a highly commercial role, involving large volumes of transactions crucial to the further development of the business on an international scale.

As Regional Financial Director you will:

-Take command of the management of a large multi-national contract

-Engage in a proactive approach with regards to the management of client relationships

-Efficiently communicate detailed financial issues in a straightforward manner to non-finance groups

-Ensure the establishment of best practice and development of robust systems, processes and controls for commercial finance purposes

-Lead your team by establishing a clear direction and consistently offering strategic financial input

-Advise the executive leadership and offer sustained insights in terms of client communication strategy

Candidate profile

-Qualified accountant with experience in a role that has an international remit

-A decision making, strategic individual with detailed operations experience

-Excellent communication skills and highly personable with the ability to build relationships with non-finance groups

-Strong knowledge of accounting and banking systems

-Natural leader with willingness to use initiative and make a difference in their position

-A true decision maker who remains focused on the objectives
