Recruitment Manager (Change Management) - Will cover Interim/Contract Recruitment

Marks Sattin has a great brand and a fantastic footprint across the banking, investment management and insurance sectors with many strong PSL clients along with SME clients. We are currently seeking a Manager for our well established Change Management team.

This would be an outstanding opportunity for an experienced senior consultant already working in the Change Management/Compliance/Finance & Accounting space who wants to step up to a management role. There will be very good promotional & development prospects in the future. We are open to seeing either managers or excellent billers who are hands on biller but have a desire to grow the team/business.

The Change Management desk would recruit (Project & Programme Managers, Business Analysts, PMOs) into the following areas:

  • Compliance related Projects
  • Regulatory Reporting Projects
  • Finance & Accounting Projects
  • Business / Operational Change

Essential Criteria:

  1. This person will be an experienced recruitment consultant who can demonstrate strong billings
  2. Management experience is not necessary, although preferred
  3. Must demonstrate ability to acquire new clients, contacts, enjoy doing business development
  4. Must be articulate and switched on
  5. Be able to demonstrate that they are hungry, determined with a strong desire to grow billings
  6. Must be passionate for the industry and desire to increase market knowledge
  7. CV should demonstrate continuity
  8. Team fit - level headed individual, who works well in team environment
