Start your job searchMarks Sattin are currently recruiting a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a well established finance team within a Construction business, based in Sheffield. Our Client have rapidly grown and as a result, have created this new opportunity.
As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will report directly to the Purchase Ledger Manager and assist the team in maintaining the Accounts Payable ledger.
Duties will include;
- Processing invoices
- Matching orders with delivery tickets and invoices
- Dealing with and managing queries
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Any additional purchase ledger administration duties as required
The successful candidate will;
- Have experience working within a Purchase Ledger role
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Have the ability to work towards deadlines
Salary is up to £25,000 depending on your level of experience
Working hours are 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am - 4.00pm on Fridays with an hour for lunch.
