Interim Portfolio Accountant required for a 12 Month Assignment to support a well established Asset Management firm.

£60k Salary + 4k Car Allowance

*Perm Role potentially available upon completion of contract*

Key Responsibilities:

      *     Financial Management: Prepare quarterly NAVs, manage portfolio accounts, and ensure accurate general ledgers and reconciliations.
      *     Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with fund managers, clients, and auditors to deliver timely and precise reporting.
      *     Reporting & Audit Support: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for internal and external stakeholders, including audit coordination and tax filings.
      *     Operational Support: Manage capital calls, loan activity, and assist with deal closures, ensuring smooth daily financial operations.
      *     Ad Hoc Projects: Participate in due diligence, financial analysis, and other special projects as needed.

Candidate Requirements:

      *     Education: Relevant qualifications (e.g., ACA/ACCA/A-levels) Top 4 Qual Ideally
      *     Experience: Minimum of 2 years PQE, preferably with a background in real estate, private equity, or financial services.
      *     Skills: Strong analytical abilities, proficiency in financial systems, and effective time management under pressure.
