Start your job searchMarks Sattin are currently working with a South Leeds (LS11) based Manufacturer for the role of Payroll Advisor. Working for a PLC, you will be part of a Payroll team providing a comprehensive Payroll Service to circa 4000 employees.
The role will deliver Payroll and Benefits transactional activities that are accurate, of high quality with a focus on first class customer service and continuous improvement. Candidates with high volume end to end Payroll experience will be considered for this role.
Our client will offer up to £32,000 DOE for this role on a permanent basis and can also offer hybrid working on a 37.5hour working week.
Responsibilities of the role will include:
- Provide a high-quality end to end payroll service to the business in an accurate and timely manner
- Processing and review of all weekly and monthly Payroll activities
- Provide specialist advice and guidance to the business and our employees on all aspects of Payroll and PAYE
- Supporting the business with queries relating to data processed through the time and attendance system
- Support with the annual pay review and bonus process
- Administration and reporting of employee benefits such as PMI, Life Assurance and SAYE
- Supporting the annual production of P11d's for employee benefits in kind
- Completion of specific pay period tasks as required by the Payroll Manager
- Continuously contribute and influence new initiatives and ways of working to improve process and systems to enhance Payroll service delivery
