Paralegal / Legal Assistant - Financial Services
£40,000 - £50,000 p/a
London (Hybrid)

My client is currently seeking a Paralegal to join their Legal team, reporting directly into a highly experienced Head of Legal & Company Secretary. The role has a varied nature with a Legal focus while touching on Company Secretarial & Compliance.

Requirements

  • Previous paralegal, company secretarial and/or legal executive experience
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, experience in signing platforms such as Docusign is a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Proven stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

  • Process documents for signature
  • Manage legal contract administration
  • Compile board slides
  • Track legal documents
  • Legal billing, invoicing and budget tracking
  • Conduct legal research
  • Draft templates
  • Proofread documents
