Operations Manager

The details
This role will help support the next generation of financial systems, overseeing a team of analysts and working directly with partners to equip the Financial Control and Financial Planning teams with the tools they need to support their rapid global growth.
Job Responsibilities:
Owning the reconciliation of partner payments and balances
Work with Finance to improve systems via external vendors as well as internal engineering teams
Collaborate with product to build longer term internal tooling roadmaps and track key metrics
Work cross functionally with Treasury, Finance and regional teams to meet deadlines and report discrepancies
Oversee outsourced team
Requirements
Prior Partner payments reconciliations experience
Proficiency with Excel (SQL ideal)
Understanding of Finance Operations
Strong attention to detail
- Foreign language a bonus (French ideal)
