The details

This role will help support the next generation of financial systems, overseeing a team of analysts and working directly with partners to equip the Financial Control and Financial Planning teams with the tools they need to support their rapid global growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Owning the reconciliation of partner payments and balances

  • Work with Finance to improve systems via external vendors as well as internal engineering teams

  • Collaborate with product to build longer term internal tooling roadmaps and track key metrics

  • Work cross functionally with Treasury, Finance and regional teams to meet deadlines and report discrepancies

  • Oversee outsourced team

Requirements

  • Prior Partner payments reconciliations experience

  • Proficiency with Excel (SQL ideal)

  • Understanding of Finance Operations

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Foreign language a bonus (French ideal)
