Looking for a new opportunity with a highly respected financial institution? My client is one of the leading building societies in the UK, and we're currently seeking a talented and experienced Model Validation Analyst to join their growing Risk team

In this role, you'll be responsible for conducting independent validation exercises on our regulated and non-regulated models, ensuring that they are appropriately governed and meet all regulatory requirements. You'll work closely with key stakeholders to provide assurance over the validity of complex models, and you'll have the opportunity to build excellent relationships within our large and reputable organisation.

To be successful in this role, you'll need excellent data science skills across the full analytics lifecycle, and the ability to critically analyse and validate complex statistical models. You should have experience in using advanced Excel techniques, SAS, SQL, R, or Python, as well as the aptitude and enthusiasm to learn new analytical tools and techniques.
