We are looking for an Invoice Administrator to join their growing team. Really great office and friendly team that have clear core values and prioritise wellbeing and happiness.
An exciting opportunity has become available for an invoice administrator to join a modern organisation. You will be a part of an amazing company who can offer progression and development whilst the company grows. You will be using existing skillsets whilst having opportunities to grow with the organisation, you will work closely with senior finance members whilst growing into a position which can offer study support.
Salary for the role will be between 25-28k per annum.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Processing all trade sales and purchase invoices to achieve the Group's financial objectives, in a timely and accurate manner.
- Generating sales invoices daily.
- Processing purchase invoices and prepare suppliers' payments on due dates.
- Resolve all outstanding queries on suppliers' statements.
- General office administration, including answering the telephones.
