Interim Process Lead | Manchester | Up to £48ph | Immediate Start
Marks Sattin are delighted to be working with a multinational business based in Manchester to recruit for a dynamic and experienced Interim Process Lead. In this role, you will support the Global Head of S2P and the Source to Pay Operational Team. Your responsibilities will range from designing and deploying processes to driving continuous improvement initiatives and providing full operational and project support within the Source to Pay process area.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Global Head of S2P in ensuring high-quality service delivery across shared service centres and country finance. Ensure all KPIs are met sustainably.
- Support the global vision, roadmap, and objectives for end-to-end processes and technology.
- Act as a change agent to deploy change processes with minimal disruption and in a sustainable manner.
- Build strong business partnerships with key stakeholders and conduct regular reviews to align process strategy and drive user adoption of standard processes and technologies.
- Ensure data-driven process performance monitoring to proactively identify and solve issues, escalating when necessary.
- Assume full ownership of project support relevant to the Source to Pay area.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement through best practice sharing and visible hands-on leadership.
About you
- Accountancy or Finance degree
- Prince2 or PMP qualification
- Strong understanding of GBSO workstreams and respective Finance processes.
- Excellent service management and project management skills.
- Proficient in process changes and lean principles.
- Ability to create and conduct effective presentations and trainings.
- Strong problem-solving and root cause identification skills.
