Start your job searchA high growth FMCG business having delivered impressive numbers in 2024, is now recruiting for an Interim Head of Commercial Finance on an initial 3-6 month contract. This is a highly visible role aimed at upskilling the current commercial finance offering, supporting an impressive CFO in deploying resources and creating new revenue streams.
As the Interim Head of Commercial Finance, you will be:
- Leading on commercial analysis, evaluating and building on the strategy of finance and leadership team
- Building a foundation for a more matured and best in class commercial finance function
- Owning financial planning and analysis across budgeting, forecasting and resource allocation
- Driving cross-department collaboration with senior stakeholders throughout the organisation
- Delivering better management information and reporting capability
- Implementing pricing and promotional strategy for product with financial modelling analysis to underpin approach
- Assessing new product launches and sales
- Improving costs across the business supply chain
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a recognised accounting qualification; ACA, ACCA or CIMA or equivalent will be considered
- Be able to demonstrate their understanding of an FMCG business - experience here is key
- An effective communicator who has the ability to influence and implement commercial ideas
Role is outside IR35.
