Marks Sattin are currently recruiting for an Interim Accounts Payable Assistant, for a 5 month fixed term contract, based on the outskirts of Leeds City Centre.

You will report directly to the Accounts Payable Manager and assist with maintaining the ledgers as well as clearing any backlogs.

Duties will include;

• Processing, maintaining and management of Accounts Payable ledger
• Preparing and processing payments
• Processing of invoices for payment using 3-way match
• Dealing with queries
• Reconciliation of accounts to supplier statements.
• Monitoring the inbox
• Setting up new suppliers, including working with other departments to ensure full information is on file

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Accounts Payable and be available to start ASAP

Salary is up to £30,000 depending on your level of experience

Hours of work 37.5 - Monday to Friday.
26 days days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata)
Free onsite parking
