The Job: Fund Operations Senior Associate

The Client: Boutique Asset Manager

The Location: London

The Opportunity:

The Firm is a leading London-based asset manager firm which invests in high-growth, entrepreneurial businesses with ambitious management teams with whom it works in partnership to accelerate growth-commercially focused role managing internal and external providers.

The Responsibilities:

  • overseeing the day-to-day funds operations and ensuring the timely release of NAVs and reporting
  • Accessing operational processes and systems to identify areas of improvement and increase efficiency.
  • Implement and improve the current system and processes in place.
  • Act as lead Subject Matter Expert within their London Offices
  • Addressing all enquiries received from service providers, existing invested funds and clients.

The Role:

  • 3+ Years within Closed-ended Strategies.
  • Expertise in loan servicing, fund operations, loan syndication and trade support
  • Well-versed in working closely with stakeholders - confident working closely with the Deals and Investment team as well as managing outsourced providers
  • Strong Excel/System Implementation is a bonus.
