Marks Sattin are currently recruiting a Finance Assistant for a 6 month fixed term contract, based in Chesterfield.

The purpose of the Finance Assistant role is to assist the Finance Manager with audits, and preparing reports. Responsibilities will include:

• Performing office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email
• Processing Purchase Ledger transactions whilst updating ledgers
• Processing timesheets, expenses and credit card receipts
• Processing Sales Invoices
• Preparing financial reports.
• Providing support to the Finance Manager as and when required.

They are looking for a motivated Finance Assistant with the following;

• Experience working within a similar role within Accounts
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience working within a busy environment
• Excelling time management and communication skills

• £12.98 per hour
