Marks Sattin is delighted to be working with a rapidly expanding manufacturing business based in North Lincolnshire, supporting them on the recruitment of a Finance Analyst to join their head office function.

Sitting within the management accounts team and reporting to the Financial Controller, the Finance Analyst will be responsible for providing analysis on costs within the fleet department of the business.

• Review, Authorisation and posting of all commercial vehicle invoices ensuring costs are in line with the Repairs and Maintenance contracts.
• ProvidingAnalytics on the fleet running costs
  • MPG reports
  • Cost Per Mile
  • Delivery Margin per transaction vs delivery costs
• Using third party software to identify transport efficiencies
• Maintain the Motor Vehicle Insurance Database
• Deal with Renewal of Road Fund Licenses
• Maintenance of Fuels cards for business
• KPI reporting
• Assisting and covering for purchase and sales ledger when require
• Any other ad-hoc duties within the finance department and assisting the FC with various projects

The successful candidate will be studying toward their AAT and have experience in an all-round accounts assistant role, covering sales & purchase ledger, along with some month end tasks.
