EBilling Administrator

The details
Marks Sattin are currently recruiting for a EBilling Administrator on behalf of a well established, Global Professional Services business based in Leeds City Centre.
Duties will include, however not be limited to;
- Managing the end to end process of administration for client uploads onto the relevant eBilling platforms as requested
- Maintenance of eBilling mailboxes
- Ensuring queries are resolved on a timely basis
- Ensuring client reconciliation reports are updated and maintained on a regular basis
- Providing a high level of professional customer service to internal and external customers appropriate to a highly regarded international Law Firm
- Ensuring client accruals are entered into the eBilling platforms timely and accurately
The successful candidate will have;
- Experience working within an Accounts department
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent data inputting skills
- Experience of legal billing would be desireable
- The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- A self-motivated, pro-active and driven approach
Salary is up to £25,000
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Hybrid working (3 days at home and 2 in the office)
