Marks Sattin are currently working with a luxury retailer, who are looking to bring in a Credit Manager to head up their Global Credit Control function in Leeds!

Managing a team of 5 Credit Controllers, the Manager will assist and support the department with C&C activities, whilst ensuring that these align with best practice and adhering to the credit and collections policy.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experience Credit Management experience ideally within retail to join an exciting business with global recognition. The company offer excellent benefits such as hybrid working, half day Fridays in the summer and a salary of up to £50,000!

Responsibilities include:

• Lead a team of 5 Credit Controllers
• Drive a customer service focus throughout the team
• Stakeholder management with sales and customer operations
• Own and deliver via the team to provide monthly cashflow targets and variance analysis
• Minimise percentage of overdue debt
• Minimise bad debts
• Enlist the efforts of sales and senior management when necessary to accelerate the collection process.
