Collections Assistant

The details
Marks Sattin is working in partnership with an organisation in the Pharma industry to recruit a Collection Assistant. This is a 3-6 month contract paying around £15 (Umbrella).
The role would be a to support the wider transactional team and specifically within the credit control side of the organisation.
Collections Assistant Key Responsibilities Include:
- Resolving billing issues.
- Using online portals to monitor payment status.
- Manage customer calls.
- Chasing outstanding debt.
- Working with other departments to solve customer queries.
The ideal candidate will be:
- D365 & Salesforce experience.
- Two or more years' experience in a collections type role.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Immediately Available or low notice period.
