Start your job searchMarks Sattin Executive Search is working with a PE-Backed Leisure business seeking a CFO to drive the business through a significant period of organic growth.
This hands-on role will require a commercial and operational leader for the finance function who is prepared to work on executing a business plan to maximise growth and profitability. The maintenance and development of customer loyalty will be maximised by ensuring the highest standards.
The CFO will act as a true business partner offering sustained commercial, financial, and operational input at the board level. Acting as a valued contributor to executive-level strategy through the preparation of detailed and incisive performance analysis, forecasting, and reporting. Responsibilities will include complete leadership of the finance team and overseeing the development and maintenance of financial systems and procedures, including IT systems.
The ideal candidate:
- A qualified accountant
- Experience as a CFO in an investor led business with experience in a hospitality and/or consumer facing businesses
- Excellent communications skills will maintain relationships with capital providers and external advisors, as well as promote a culture passionate about growth across the business.
