We are partnering with a leading FTSE 100 Manufacturing business as they are lookin for an Agile Performance Manager to join their team. This role will sit within the Transformation team as the business looks to continue their growth initiatives and diversify their business lines.

Requirements-

• Must Have- Experience championing agile and lean methodologies within Manufacturing business.
• Strong Experience within Product Innovation & Design.
• Experience within Manufacturing Industry or similar.
• Has an understanding of the importance of delivering efficiently with an outcome-focused mindset.
• Understanding of the differing delivery requirements through the full product life cycle.
• Experience with stakeholder management.
