Start your job searchA well-established company within the construction industry is seeking an Accounts Assistant ideally with experience in Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger and Credit Control.
Role and responsibilities:
- Raising various orders and forms on the new system, including but not limited to; credit notes, sales invoices and purchase orders
- Running debtor reporting
- Bank reconciliations
- Preparing and issuing statements as necessary
- Maintaining credit control operations
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Running VAT returns
- Running Supplier payment runs
- Ad hoc tasks including responding to queries to support Finance, HR and Operational staff
This opportunity would suit somebody who is confident on the phone with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
