Infographic: A gender analysis of our annual survey data

'International Women's Day (IWD) celebrates the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. An annual celebration on March 8th, the day also marks a call to action for accelerating gender parity. IWD provides an important moment to showcase commitment to women's equality, launch new initiatives and action, celebrate women's achievements, raise awareness, highlight gender parity gains and more.'

In celebrating IWD and to compliment our previous Women in Finance report, we decided to utilise the data from our 2017 Market Insight survey of  1700+ respondents across Ireland and the UK to shed our own light on gender parity. In our below infographic we slice the data into male and female and then drill down on some key questions from our annual survey, such as results of their last pay review, expectations of their next pay review, and percentage bonus received.
