Our Road to Success Initiative

At Marks Sattin we pride ourselves on supporting our people to be as successful as they can be. One way we do this is through our Road to Success initiative, which provides incentive for our new recruits who have between zero to three months experience in recruitment. The aim of this initiative is to encourage them to hit a billing target within their first two years and, in return, they receive £2,000 towards a holiday of their choice!

A career in recruitment can be extremely rewarding and is one of the few industries where you are in control of your own earnings. Niamh joined Marks Sattin in 2018 as an internal recruitment consultant, she has since transitioned into a role within our commercial team. Niamh is an integral part of our business, and we couldn't be more proud of her! 

Tell us about your journey with the company so far?

I started at Marks Sattin with some years in sales experience, after not knowing what I wanted to do post-school. I joined the internal recruitment team and then transitioned into a full 360 recruitment role. And haven’t looked back since! Having no idea about recruitment or finance when I first started, I have learnt so much and gained many skills that I don’t think I could gain doing any other profession!
