Sanjay dishes on the highlights of his first year working with us

Firstly, congratulations on your one year work anniversary with us! What’s been the highlight of working here?
One highlight in particular has been the opportunity to gain exposure to Mark Sattin’s huge network of clients allowing me to build relationships quickly and effectively. The brand also carries a lot of weight when approaching new clients and one highlight in particular has been securing a PSL agreement with a large insurance group which has been a huge win for the business! The social side of the company is great with weekly optional socials and monthly prizes for those that have succeeded. However my personal highlight was winning New Consultant of the Year 2016 only a couple of months into my role and  being invited to the Directors Cut based on my billing performance.

What do you think is the most challenging aspect of the market you cover?

Financial Services is a huge market with lots of mini-industries under the FS umbrella eg Banks, Brokers, Hedge Funds etc, so keeping up with the requirements and trends in each of these sectors is quite challenging. 

Do you feel like you’ve got a clear career path here?

Absolutely, MS are actively investing in my progression with formal Management Training. The directors have been very transparent with me as well as being very supportive allowing me to hit my targets.
