We are representing one of the UK's leading land and property regeneration companies in their search for a Paralegal to join their growing legal team, to be based in their Rotherham Office. This role is perfect for someone who has worked on real estate legal matters, either within Private Practice or In-House.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing legal advice and support on real estate, construction, corporate and finance transactions
• Advising and supporting on litigation matters
• Reviewing the companies' legal precedents & contracts, thereby amending them where necessary
• Assisting the legal team with ongoing legal horizon scanning
• Aiding the Legal Counsel and Senior Legal Counsel on various legal matters

Qualifications:

• A Law Degree (LLB) or Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) or equivalent qualification
• Completion of the Legal Practice Couse (LPC) or CILEX Level 6 Diploma
• Minimum of 3 years Paralegal experience
• Understanding of real estate law through experience working on real estate legal matters in Private Practice or Real Estate
