Summary:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this newly created role will own the UK & Europe KYC & KYB function and ensure the businesses current and future customers have a first class experience. The role will have oversight of KYC & KYB workflows so the business can accurately and quickly review new customers in a compliant manner. As the business continuing to expand globally the role holder will have the opportunity to build and lead a team in a way that is scalable and efficient.
Through optimising current operations processes and implementing new ones, the ultimate goal of this function is to ensure all rules and regulations are followed and that the end user experience is seamless.
You Will:
- Communicate with customers, sending emails in a clear, concise way
- Understand regulatory landscape and compliance requirements
- Complete KYC, KYB and CDD processes for new customer sign ups
- Ensure adherence to local and Global Compliance policies and procedures
- Manage SLAs and deadlines to meet team and company goals
- Supervise and train a team of junior analysts

You Have:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- People leadership experience
- Compliance experience - specifically with KYC/KYB/AML focus
- Strong adherence to processes
- The willingness to learn new Compliance processes and develop skills at a fast pace
- Experience working in a global environment strongly preferred
- Experience in FinTech or start-up experience strongly preferred
