This opportunity will play a key role in shaping the future and building lasting relationships with investors. As the Investor Relations Manager, you'll lead the development of compelling communications, ensuring the business continues to evolve efficiently
Responsibilities:
- Support the development of the Annual Report and manage relationships with key investors.
- Prepare responses to investor questions, maintain records of communications, and database of contacts.
- Assist in the delivery of quarterly reporting requirements, including drafting commentary and investor presentations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on external communication materials.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in financial communication and reporting with a strong understanding of capital markets.
- Excellent written and verbal skills, tailoring communication for different audiences.
- Meticulous organizational skills, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Collaborative spirit with a talent for building strong relationships.
- Keen eye for detail and commitment to accuracy.
About you
- Financial qualification
- 1-2 years of prior corporate Investor Relations experience.
- Knowledge of the regulatory environment.
- Well-organized with a strong attention to detail
On Offer is a salary of up to £75,000 + car allowance + annual bonus and remote working option
This role is predominantly remote with the expectancy to be in the office office once a week
