A globally operating and rapidly growing Fund Adminstrator are looking for a Qualified Accountant with experience providing high quality accounting, fund administration and investor reporting services to real estate, debt, infrastructure and private equity fund clients.

This is a 4-6 month contract paying £350-£450 per day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily contact with clients, booking regular in-person meetings & handling client requests.
- Implement policies, procedutes and checklists for your own portolio of clients and customer relationships.
- Compile and analyse financial information underlying the financial statements, including the treatment of business transactions.
- Duty to oversee all work produced by the team including the preparation of management accounts at asset and fund level including supporting files.
- Prepare Consolidations, Cashflow forecasting and treasury work.
- Production of quarterly NAVs
- Bank debt covenant reporting.
- Investor tax, CIS and VAT reporting.
- Team planning, developing junior accountants and coaching
- Plan year end audit - liaising with external auditors and clients
- Preparation of statutory financial statements in accordance with IFRS or UK GAAP.
Required Technical Knowledge/Skills:
- Private Equity, Real estate fund or asset management environment preferred
- Strong technical accounting skill with up to date knowledge of UK GAAP or IFRS and other relevant accounting standards, and related preparation of statutory financial statements and auditor liaison.
- Resourceful and problem solving
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Confident and proactive approach and professional attitude to work
- Highly organised with good time management and planning skills
