**Role Overview:**

As a Finance Business Partner, you'll be at the forefront of the finance team, blending your expertise in management accounts and finance business partnering. You'll work closely with various departments, providing financial insights and support, ensuring our financial strategies align with our business goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Prepare and analyse management accounts, offering actionable insights.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing finance expertise.

- Annual budget process and monthly/quarterly forecast preparation

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies.

- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring financial goals are met.

**Requirements:**

- ACCA/CIMA Finalist or Qualified

- Proven knowledge preparation of month end management accounts and other business performance reporting.

- Exceptional analytical and communication skills.

- Proficiency in financial software and tools.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
