Firm: Tier 1 private equity and venture capital private family office.
Salary: £60,000 - £90,000 (DOE) - Strong overall package
Location: Exceptionally Hybrid
A rare opportunity to join an private investment office but work on the personal finances of the co-founders, 2 renowned entrepreneurs. Get exposure to an exceptional breadth of wealth as they further deploy and manage their investments.
The Responsibility:
- Oversight for the partners' personal investments including the structures which hold the investments. This may include UK and offshore companies, partnerships, trusts and charities.
- Day to day you will be involved in cashflow management & forecasting, management accounting, statutory reporting, direct tax (corporate, personal, partnership), indirect tax (VAT) . There will also be the opportunity to get involved in ad hoc projects like structuring of new investments.
- Liaising with tax advisors, fund administrators, financial institutions, investment managers.
The Requirements:
- Strong ACA/ACCA qualified accountant ideally within experience within a family office
- UK personal tax and corporation tax experience - US tax knowledge is desirable
- Ideally 2+ Years PQE (Very flexible on the level of seniority they hire)
- Advanced excel skills
